Floor Repair
Floors can become damaged over the years, and they may need to be repaired before they can be fully restored. We will start by carrying out a detailed examination to determine the extent of the damage, and it may be that only minor repairs are needed.
However, if more extensive repairs are required, we will remove the damaged boards and replace them entirely to ensure your floor is in great shape, after which sanding and varnishing can be carried out.
Floor Sanding
Once your floor has been repaired if needed, we provide a professional floor sanding service. We use high-quality machinery that produces a very limited amount of dust, including edging sanders to get into the corners, and the results are excellent.
The process begins with coarse sanding to get rid of any old finishes. And then a fine sanding paper is used to leave the floor smooth. It looks and feels amazing, bringing your wooden floor back to life.

Floor Varnishing & Staining
After the sanding process is complete, you may want to varnish or stain the floor to bring out the beauty of the timber. This process begins with cleaning the floor to get rid of the dirt and debris. Once the floor is dry, we use a buffing machine to make it shine.
Sealers are then applied, and the type of sealer used depends on the floor, the wood and the condition that it is in. This process will leave your floor looking clean and shiny, and it also helps to protect the wood.
Floor Polishing
The final service we offer is floor polishing. We can do this after carrying out the previous steps, or sometimes you may have a floor that is already in good condition and does not require sanding or sealing. In this case, we will assess your floor and advise you on the most suitable treatment.
Polishing is all about improving the existing finish rather than replacing it. The floor is cleaned and prepared and then the polish is applied, and after a day or so the floor can be used again. This is something you may want to arrange regularly to keep the floor looking its best.
