This was the second time we have used this company and , as before, they did a great job redecorating our lounge, hall and bedroom. All the work was done on time and their staff were friendly and polite.

Loft room extension was completed very professionally and quickly. All contractors- plumbers, carpenters, plasterers, were co ordinated without us having do do anything and they even covered the stairs and landing to protect them from dust etc. Very pleased with the result.

Over the last year or so, Bishops have replaced the bathroom and kitchen in my flat. Although they may not be the cheapest, I would recommend them to ANYONE - friendly, responsive, honest, a pleasure to have around the house and completely trustworthy - definitely worth the money for the above and beyond work they do. Thank you to everyone involved in my new bathroom and kitchen - I love them both 🙂

Bishops completely renovated my toilet/utility room and did some work in adjacent bedroom and hallway. The work included making good lots of faulty and unsightly plumbing, tiling and flooring. I had a new sink and toilet installed, new flooring, tiling and a cupboard for washing machine. I am unbelievably happy with the result and the work throughout. Great attention to detail, fantastic communication and everybody tried to minimise the impact of the work on our day to day. They were honest, friendly, punctual, tidy and really made sure everything was perfect for us. So pleased!

Had them around for a quote for a very small bathroom makeover from either a simple replacement of appliances (toilet and shower cubicle) to a whole refurbishment (tiles etc...). It's a very small bathroom. Someone came over, very hopeful, assuring us his designers would definitely find solutions very soon. Got an email the day after saying that because of their work commitments they were not able to even get a quote or do any work. Why send someone if they can't take new customers! Tried to call them several times during their work hours to get more info, but they never answered. Although I understand our project wasn't probably as good financially as a project on a bigger bathroom, at no point they mentioned they didn't have the time. They obviously have enough work to be choosy and refuse smaller projects. But it is a bit like a taxi driver refusing to take you on board because they find your journey too short. It is obviously less about what customers need, rather than how much money this company can make.

Bishops are extremely professional in their approach. Each tradesperson was a pleasure to deal with and kept me well informed. They are very flexible having to contend with various issues with the English weather. They did everything I asked from them and checked with me after the job was complete that I was still satisfied. Particular credit to Ricky and Geoff, fantastic to work with and would highly recommend the team, I'll hopefully be asking them back for future projects. Thanks very much
